How I’ve changed…
Uncategorized May 19th, 2008
A lot has changed ever since my 6th grade year. The transition I made from 5th to 6th is a lot different from the one I made from 6th to 7th. On the contrary, along with all the changes came all the problems. I had to learn that people change. The fact that they changed for the better or the worst was completely up to them.
As a 6th grader I didn’t know how to stand up for myself. However, now as a 7th grader I know that you shouldn’t let people take advantage of you. I was less talkative, and I was kind of shy. But all that has changed now because I feel more comfortable and I know my surrondings more. I think that as a 7th grader I have more confidence and I’m not afraid to stand up for myself. That is a major change in my personsality.
I am definaltely a different person than that tiny shy 6th grader. However, just because I changed doesn’t mean I’m a completely new person. I am still a bubbly, friendly person. In 6th grade I didn’t join in any clubs. However, now that I’m more familiar with the school I am in sports and joined the student council.
I have learned a lot over the past year from 6th and 7th grade. I had to deal with many changes. It was a bumpy road, but in the end it was a good turn out. 6th to 7th grade may not seem like such a big deal, but to me it was one of the biggest transitions I made so far. 6th and 7th grade were very important years to me.
As a 6th grader I have many goals in life because I have my whole life ahead of me. However, I have choosen only two out of those goals. One of these goals affects me as a person. On the other hand, the other goal I have has to deal with me as a student. My goals are very similar to one another, but have different standards and help me reach different hights.
